Sew Many Cards March Blog Hop

Welcome to another Sew Many Cards Blog hop. If you've been following our blog hops, you know that you have a chance to win just by commenting on my blog. You should have come from our fearless creator ANGELA http://digital.sewmanycards.com

And when you get done here you will go to our fearless leader JERI http://craftyjsplace.blogspot.com

But, before you go, you should see the card I made with Fawn and the Easter Egg.

I printed out Fawn first on regular white cardstock then again on my pink paisley printed paper. This gave me eggs the same size so I could cut out the paisley eggs and glue them over the white eggs. I chose to keep Fawn larger than I normally do so I could use matte accents on the jelly beans and make them seem real (you should feel each bump of a bean - they seem so real!) I used pastel sticker letters that came from Dollar General to make my "Happy Easter" greeting.
inside of card
I got the poem from Free Crafts and Games I matted it in more of the pink paisley paper leaving room on the right side for some greeting or signature.
Come back Tuesday to see what I make with today's Friday Freebie. Go get your's now!(Find it at the end of the blog hop on the Sew Many Cards Challenge blog.)

I'm going to enter this card into several challenges:
Quirky Crafts: Cute (is there anything cuter than SMC's images?)

I Love Digi: Pink

Dancing in Pajamas: Spring time

ABC-Challenge: O is for...One paper

Die Cut Dreams: Easter

Incy Wincy: "Touchy Feely"

Inky Impressions: Think Spring

Your Next Stamp Challenge: Spring Colors

Don't forget about using your digi's on your scrapbook pages. Check out SMC's PaperCraftPlanet group for layout challenges at http://www.papercraftplanet.com/group/sewmanycards.

Before you go to Jeri's blog, don't forget to leave a comment here so you can have a chance to win a free image. I'll draw a random winner (or maybe I'll let my kids draw a name out of the hat) and post it sometime around March 5th.

Cheri

Well, another Blog Hop for Sew Many Challenges but this time to celebrate the new March releases. Aren’t we so lucky to have these lovely digital images to play with.

I love the way that you have printed Fawn out twice and used coloured paper. I've done that with images of people for their clothes but haven't used on any of these images ...... yet.

Best wishes, Kym xxx
